This Zoetry resort is a 115-key luxury resort in the Dominican Republic, spanning 110,000 m², designed to deliver a serene, elevated guest experience rooted in the destination. PhiBa served as Project Architect, Interior Designer, and Procurement lead, guiding the project from early design through construction support (SD, DD, CDs, and CA) to ensure a cohesive vision—from architecture to interiors to the final guest-touch details.
